Raymond Argenti, 81, a lifelong resident of Northvale, passed away at home on Monday, November 3, 2014. He is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years, Barbara (nee Cosseta). Beloved father and father-in-law of Dan and Laurie of Rivervale, Caesar and Kit of Norwood, Raymond of Middletown, NY, Kathy Sajban and James of Butler and Pam Carpanini and Russell of Northvale. Loving grandfather of Lea, Melissa, James, Chante’, Mark, Andrew, Joseph, Laura and Alex. Dear brother of Albert and wife Denise of FL, Dolores Friedman and husband Roger of Northvale, Charles of VA, Marianne of Long Island and the late Daniel, Virginia Giardini and Antoinette Argenti.
Raymond was a retired carpenter who worked at Sterns in Paramus for Carpenters Local 15. His hobbies included hunting and fishing and his passion for gardening will continue to grow in our hearts.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 10:00 AM at St. Anthony’s RC Church, Northvale with interment to follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY. Visiting hours are Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale.
