DONNELLY, Fred G., Sr., 83, of Northvale, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2015. Beloved husband of Helen (nee Reiss). Cherished father of Fred Jr. and wife Laura of Edgewater, James and wife Lizette of Harrington Park, Joann D’Ercole and husband Michael of Norwood and the late William. Adored grandpa of Michael, William, Jamie, Alyssa, Jimmy, Christopher, Jade and Freddy. Predeceased by five brothers and sisters. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Fred was a US Army veteran during the Korean War. He owned Hunt’s Point Auto in the Bronx. Fred always enjoyed a good laugh and will be dearly missed.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 10:00 AM at St. Anthony’s RC Church, Northvale with interment to follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY. Visiting hours are Tuesday 6-9 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Fred’s memory may be made to St. Anthony’s Church, 199 Walnut ST., Northvale, NJ 07647.
