  1. Carol Mae Struss (nee Bogert), 73 of Northvale, formerly of Old Tappan, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016 while surrounded by her family. Carol was predeceased by her husband Louis Struss (2005). She is survived by her four children: Louis Struss of Old Tappan, Robert Struss and his wife Susan of Westwood, Thomas Struss of Westwood, and her daughter Tina and her husband Rene\u2019 of Northvale. She is also survived by her twin sister Bette Ann Human of Tampa, FL and her daughter Dawn Stampoulidis of Norwalk CT., and her grandchildren, Christina Avella and her husband Larry of Westwood, Vincent Struss of Westwood, and Justin Struss and his wife Toni of East Rutherford. Carol is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The Family will receive friends Thursday March 24, from 6-8 pm at Pizzi Funeral Home, Northvale.
