Dearest brother of the late Stanley and Olga.<\/p>\n
Philip was a WWII Navy veteran. Before retiring he was a tool and die maker for Swingline in Queens, NY.<\/p>\n
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 2:30 PM at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY.<\/p>\n
