MaryJane Brondi, 96, a lifelong resident of Northvale, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Alfred. Loving mother of AltaJane Slagle and her husband Virgil of Valparaiso, IN, Robert Brondi and his wife Elaine of Northvale and the late Richard C. Remy. Dear mother-in-law of Roberta Remy. Cherished grandmother of Russell, Rita, Ricky, BettyJo, Ray, Joseph, Steven, Kristie and Andrew and the late Lisa. Adored great-grandmother of ten and great-great-grandmother of four.<\/p>\n
MaryJane was a devoted parishioner of St. Anthony\u2019s Church. She was a charter member of the Northvale VFW Post 366 Ladies Auxiliary, a founding member of the James F. McGuire Senior Center as well as the Golden Agers, and spent countless hours as a volunteer with the Pascack Valley Hospital Ladies Auxiliary.<\/p>\n
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday at 10 AM at St. Anthony\u2019s Church, Northvale with interment to follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY. Visiting hours are Thursday 5-8 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale (201-7673050).<\/p>\n
