Beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Narcisse). Cherished father of Tracy Garro and husband Marc of Blauvelt and the late Joseph Jr. Proud grandfather of Alyssa, Anthony, Joseph, Taylor and Nicholas. Dear father-in-law of Angela Vara. Loving brother of Barbara Vara Fleming and the late John and James. He is also survived by his beloved horse, Major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joe was a US Army veteran. He was an operating engineer for\nLocal 14 for many years. Joe adored his horse, Major, was an avid golfer and\nenjoyed riding motorcycles, on-road and off. He will be dearly missed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 11 AM at St. Aedan\u2019s\nRC Church, Pearl River.
