Eugene L. Nicolini, 90, of Northvale, formerly of Bronx, NY, passed away at home on Monday, October 8, 2012.\u00a0 Dear husband of the late Genevieve (nee Brutkowski).<\/p>\n
A World War II Veteran, he served in the US Army as a Corporal in the European Theater.\u00a0 He was\u00a0a former employee of NYC Transit (MABSTOA) as a dispatcher.\u00a0 Eugene was a member of the Fraternal Order of Red Men, Half Moon Tribe 283 in Northvale for many years.<\/p>\n
Devoted father of Lorraine Nicolini of Northvale.\u00a0 Cherished grandfather of Christine Whitlock of Boston, MA and Michael Whitlock of Northvale.\u00a0 Dear brother of Arthur and his wife Frances of Katonah, NY.\u00a0 Predeceased by his twin brother Lino and brother Alfred.\u00a0 Also survived by many nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 10:00 AM at St. Anthony\u2019s RC Church, Northvale with interment to follow at Tappan Cemetery.\u00a0 Visiting hours are Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Anthony R. Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale.
