Lydia Badr (n\u00e9e:\u00a0 Guadalupe), 74, of Sparkill, NY, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Beloved mother of Debi Nelson and husband Rick, Danielle Hudak and spouse Philip Hayden, Mohammed Badr and wife Kristin and Dina Lerner and husband Brett. Devoted grandmother of Connor Phelan, Darian Kelly, Jace Nelson, Aidan Nelson, Lola Nelson, Derek Lerner and Sydney Hayden.\u00a0 Proud great grandmother of Aaliyah Kelly. Loving sister of Aida Caputo and husband Vinny. \u00a0\u00a0Dear aunt of Michael Caputo, Vincent Caputo, Dineen Dillon.\u00a0 \u00a0Lydia is predeceased by her son Samuel Hudak and her parents Luis and Modesta (n\u00e9e: Perez) Guadalupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mrs. Badr worked as a cashier at ShopRite in Pearl River, NY, for many years before retiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visiting hours are Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 4-8 PM with a prayer service at 7:30 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ.  Cremation will be private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the American Cancer Society or the Dementia Society of America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
