Giovanni Nigro, 83, of Northvale, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2013.\u00a0 Born in Pozzallo, Ragusa, Italy on April 10, 1930.\u00a0 He was the beloved husband of Antonina (nee Giudice).\u00a0 Cherished father of Concetta Nigro of Cary, NC and Nancy Boettger and her husband Lutz of Glencoe, IL.\u00a0 Adored and proud grandfather of Luca, Matteo and Christian.\u00a0 Dearest brother of Grazietta, Maria, Ines and Lucia.\u00a0 Also survived by many loving relatives and friends.<\/p>\n
Visiting hours are Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Anthony R. Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale.\u00a0 Burial will take place at his home town in Pozzallo.<\/p>\n
