{"id":961,"date":"2013-12-04T14:31:29","date_gmt":"2013-12-04T19:31:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pizzifuneralhome.com\/?p=961"},"modified":"2015-11-06T20:05:26","modified_gmt":"2015-11-06T20:05:26","slug":"kathryn-koch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pizzifuneralhome.com\/?p=961","title":{"rendered":"Kathryn Koch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0 Kathryn Koch\u00a0(nee Ruff), 98, died peacefully at home in Old Tappan, NJ on Wednesday, December 4, 2013.\u00a0 Widow of Henry who passed away in 1993, she was a former NJ public school teacher at Thomas Jefferson School in Northvale and a founding member of the Rosary Society of St. Pius X Church in Old Tappan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 She is survived by a daughter, Sr. Charlotte Koch, a member of the Franciscan Sisters of Peace of Haverstraw, NY, \u00a0and a son, Robert Henry Koch of Old Tappan and two beloved grandchildren, Allison and David.\u00a0 In addition, she is survived by two siblings, Anne Schiebel of West New York, and Sr. Barbara Anne Ruff of the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Peekskill, NY.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 She is also survived by numerous treasured nieces and nephews.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0 The Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, December 7<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\">th<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> at 10:30 AM at St. Pius X RC Church, Old Tappan with interment to follow at Old Tappan Cemetery.\u00a0 Visiting hours will be at the Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale on Friday, December 6<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\">th<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 Kathryn Koch\u00a0(nee Ruff), 98, died peacefully at home in Old Tappan, NJ on Wednesday, December 4, 2013.\u00a0 Widow of Henry who passed away in 1993, she was a former NJ public school teacher at Thomas Jefferson School in Northvale and a founding member of the Rosary Society of St. Pius X Church in Old [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-961","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-notices","category-obituaries","entry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
