Anna Forte (nee Vaccarino), 90, of Orangeburg, formerly of Thorpe Village, passed away on Monday, April, 6 2015. Devoted wife of the late Frederick. Beloved mother of Frederick Forte of the Bronx, Marie Iorio and her husband Robert of Orangeburg and Dolores Brayne and her husband Winston of Spring Lake, NJ, formerly of Blauvelt. Cherished grandmother of Fred, Robert, Chris, Lisa, Danny, Larry, Michael and Claudia. Adored great-grandmother of 14. Predeceased by four brothers and four sisters.
Anna was a wonderful and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to dance and will be forever missed.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 10:00 AM at St. Catharine’s RC Church, Blauvelt with interment to follow at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Nanuet. Visiting hours are Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale (201-767-3050).
