Catherine F. Lesica, 83, of Blauvelt, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Charles J. Lesica. Adored mother of Carol Conklin-Spillane and her husband Brian of Old Tappan, Ronald Lesica and his wife Lisa of Blauvelt, Linda Bertoncini and her husband Robert of Centerville, OH and Richard Lesica and his wife Jeanette of Lecanto, FL. Cherished grandmother of eight grandchildren.
Catherine, along with her husband, Charles, owned and operated Pearl River Lanes for 40 years. She was very active in the Bowling Proprietors Association for many years on both the State and National levels and once received an award for Proprietor of the Year.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 AM at St. John’s RC Church, Piermont with interment to follow at Loescher Veterans Memorial Cemetery, New Hempstead. Visiting hours are Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ (201-767-3050).
