Joseph Tully, 64, of Northvale, passed away at home on Thursday, July 19, 2012. Devoted husband of Lee (nee Bettega). Beloved father of Jocelyn Pina and her husband Jim of Norwood. Loving grandfather of Megan and Elizabeth. Cherished brother of Maura and John and brother-in-law of Jim, Julie, Julianna, and George. Beloved uncle of Sara and her husband Chris, Benjamin, Kayleigh, Luke, and Liam. Also survived by many other dear relatives and friends.
Joe was born in London, England of Irish parents, and emigrated to America in 1974. He became a proud American citizen in 1987. He served his community for 17 years with the Northvale VolunteerAmbulance Corps.
Joe was much loved and his sense of humor and selfless heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 12:30 PM at St. Anthony’s RC Church, Northvale with interment to follow at Tappan Cemetery, Tappan, NY. Visiting hours are Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Anthony R. Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave., Northvale.
