Joseph V. Novack, 100 years old, formerly of Closter, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Theresa (nee Morea). Loving father of Joe and Maybeth of Closter and Tom and Alison of Norwood. Cherished grandfather of Lisa, Stacey, Jenny, Heather, Jeffrey, Brett, Geoffrey and Rebecca. Adored great-grandfather of Dylan, Sean, Mattea, Eliza, Penelope, Buddy, Riley and Madison. Dear brother of Peggy Novack and the late Olga, Norma, Larry and Arnie. Mr. Novack was a US Army veteran of WWII. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday 10:00 AM at the Anthony R. Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale with interment to follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY. Visiting hours are Monday 5-8 PM.
