Karen Hosmer(nee Kerbstat), 64, of Norwood, passed away at home on Monday, October 28, 2013. Beloved wife of James Hosmer and devoted mother of Kristina Warren of New Milford. Loving daughter of Theda and the late William Kerbstat. Dear sister of Guy Kerbstat of AZ, Linda Talan and her husband Joseph of CO, Anna Kerbstat of Hillsdale, Susie Kerbstat of NY and William Kerbstat Jr. and his wife Joan of Upper Saddle River. Sister-in-law of Cathy Manoy, Harold F. Hosmer, Jr., Dennis R. Hosmer and Carol Ann Murray. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Besides her family, Karen loved shopping and spending time at the Jersey Shore. A funeral service will be held Thursday 10:30 AM at the Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale with interment to follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY.
