Isabelle G. Kozak (nee Graham), 87, of Northvale, formerly of Old Tappan, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Alfred. Devoted mother of Stephen of Stone Lake, WI, Gary and his wife Bernadette of Hillsdale, Catherine Mary Kozak of Nags Head, NC, Kevin and his wife Sophie of Birmingham, AL and the late Bernadette Mary Kozak. Dear sister of Thomas Graham, Jr. Adored grandmother of ten and great-grandmother of one.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart RC Church, Tappan, NY with interment to follow at Tappan Cemetery. Visiting hours are Friday 7-9 PM at the Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale.
