Marie A. Iorio (nee Forte), 77, of Orangeburg, NY, passed away at home surrounded by the love of her family on Monday, November 24, 2025. Beloved wife of 55 years to Robert A. Iorio. Loving mother of Robert, Jr. and wife Cheryl, Christopher and wife Danya, Lisa Porco and husband Ralph and Daniel and wife Melissa. Cherished grandmother of Joseph, Samantha, Victoria, Jamie, Giuliana, Gabriella, Olivia and Christopher Daniel. Dearest sister of Dolores Brayne and the late Fred Forte as well as sister-in-law of Richard Iorio.
Marie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a parishioner of St. Catharine’s RC Church in Blauvelt and was a teacher’s assistant at St. Catharine’s School for many years.
Visiting hours are Monday, December 1, 2025 from 4-8 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 10 AM at St. Catharine’s RC Church, Blauvelt, NY with interment to follow at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Nanuet, NY.
