Adolfo Apostol Mendoza Zamora, 69, of Bergenfield, NJ, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2026. Beloved husband of Raquel (nee Hidalgo). Loving father of Johana, Ronald, Sharon, Vanessa, Tais and Cristo. Caring grandfather of Ben, Joaquin, Michelle, Enrique and Romina and great-grandfather to Yeiden. Proud brother of Manuel, Juan, Modesto, Aurora, Maritza, Guillermo and Andrez.
Adolfo was born in Montalvo, Ecuador. He enjoyed running, gardening and cooking.
Visiting hours are Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from 5-8 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Victories RC Church, Harrington Park, NJ, with interment to follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY.
