Marie Elena Cracolici, 68, of Spring Valley, NY, passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, April 25, 2026. Beloved wife of Isidoro (Izzy). Loving mother of Julian and his partner Michelle Grundig, Joseph and his wife Kristin, and Gina Cracolici. Caring grandmother of Giulianna, Lorenzo, Gia and Grayson. Proud sister of Julio and Nathy and sister-in-law of Josie, Sal and Tom. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
Marie was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala. She came to the United States of America at the age of 16. She worked as a human resources manager for many years and a variety of companies. Above all, she loved her family. Marie’s greatest joy in life was being a mother and grandmother.
Visiting hours are Friday, May 1, 2026 from 5-8 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 10 AM at St. Gabriel’s RC Church, Saddle River, NJ, with interment to follow at Tappan Cemetery, Tappan, NY.

Joey, I’m so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family. I was so sorry to hear about your mom. Marie was such a lovely person — she would do anything for anybody. That was just the kind of person she was. She will be deeply missed.
I will always remember her warmth, kindness, and the way she made everyone feel welcome. Growing up around her was a blessing—she carried herself with grace and gave love so freely.
