Frolindo “Bocci” Marchi, 97 years young ofOld Tappan, NJ passed away peacefully on April 21, 2026 at home surrounded by family and friends.
Born on January 29, 1929 in Fiano Italy, Frolindo was the son of Ines and Cesare Marchi. He immigrated to the United States in 1956 and went on to becomea partner in Valley Roofing and Siding Company, from where he retired in 1991. Bocci was a dedicated member of the Italian Club of Tenafly and spent much of his free time gardening, traveling and driving his beloved Ferrari.
Bocci was predeceased by his parents Ines and Cesare, brother Rinaldo, and beloved wife Annie. He is survived by his sister Vincenza and loving nieces Maria Elisa and Maria Linda.
An interment will be held at 11 AM on May 8, 2026 at Mount Carmel Cemetery Serpentine Road Tenafly.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St Jude Hospital.
