Ryan John Matthews, 34, of Piermont, NY passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Beloved son of Tierney (nee Butler) and Randy Matthews. Long time loving partner of Taylor Haggerty. Adored grandson of Ron and Doris Matthews and the late Marie and Bill Butler. Dear nephew of Buck and Loretta, Lynn and Tom, Gregg and Janet, Tim and Sandra, Denise and Tom, and Aileen and the late Raymond. Proud cousin of Dennis, Brian, Meaghan, Gregg, Rachel, Alex, Laura, Jack, Jonah, Lillianna, Jennifer, Nicole, Daniel, and Megan. He is also survived by many other loving friends and relatives.
Ryan worked as a ranger at Rockland Lake Golf Course for many years, and most recently at Rockland Country Club.
Visiting hours will be Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 4-8 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 12, 2026 at 10:30 AM at Pizzi Funeral Home.
