Patricia Marie DiLuzio, 92, of Closter, N.J. passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2026. Loving mother of James DeGennaro and Muriel Goetschius and her husband George. Caring grandmother of James Goetschius and Jaclyn Larson and her husband Sean and great-grandmother of Cali. Proud aunt of Fr. Jim, Jeanne, Eddie and the late Muriel Edna. She was predeceased by her parents Mauro (Mike)and Muriel DiLuzio, and her brother James DiLuzio and wife Janet.
Patricia was a woman of deep faith. She worked as a receptionist at her son Joe’s hair salon, Abracadabra in Closter for many years and also worked at D’Amico farms in Closter and also established a silk floral business of her own. Her many talents included her love for singing as well as her artistic abilities in sketching and drawing. Patricia also enjoyed acquiring porcelain dolls and had quite a collection over the years. But her true love was baking and spending time with her family.
Visiting hours are Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from 10-12 AM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ. and will include a prayer service at approximately 11:30 AM. Interment to follow at Tappan Cemetery, Tappan N.Y.
