Margaret C. Baer, 85, of Old Tappan, formerly of Northvale, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Baer, Sr. Loving mother of Thomas Jr. of Closter, Stephen and wife Maryann of Dumont, Margaret Loudon and husband Dennis of Old Tappan, Julie Cartwright and husband Elroy of Southlake, TX, Maura Duffus and husband Keith of Wyckoff and Carol Gregoire of Miami, FL. Adored grandmother of Justin, Sarah, Drew, Casie, Emily, Maggie, Taylor, Kevin, Valerie, Alex, Reid and Aidan and great-grandmother of Justin Jr., Kaitlin and Gigi. Dearest sister of Valerie Olsen, Virginia Vetter and Stephanie Vetter.
Margaret was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and always had a welcoming home for all.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 11:00 AM at St. Anthony’s RC Church, Northvale. Visiting hours are Monday 4-8 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale (201-767-3050).
