Kevin J. Ramsay, 53, of Sparkill, NY, formerly of Tappan, NY, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, April 30, 2018. Cherished son of Judge Richard Ramsay and his late wife Virginia of Nyack. Loving brother of Ellen Ramsay and husband Jay Naparstek of Hendersonville, NC, Richard G. Ramsay Jr. and wife Debra of Stony Point, NY and Lynda Clarke and husband John of Hendersonville, NC. Adored uncle of Christopher, Jessica-Lee (Joseph), Devlin, Virginia and Gabriella.
Kevin was a realtor, builder and owner at Ramsay Realty and KJ Rock Builders, both in Blauvelt. He had been a board member of the Nyack Rotary Club and Rockland Country Club in Sparkill. Besides being an avid golfer, Kevin loved riding his Harley, especially on Sunday mornings with his “gang”, had a passion for cars and took pride in the new home he had just completed. Kevin had a unique relationship with all of his nieces and nephews and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Chapel at Dominican Convent, 175 Rt. 340, Sparkill, NY 10976 on Thursday at 12 Noon. Visiting hours are Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ (201- 767-3050).
