Anna M. Tiner (nee Ascolese), 82, of Emerson, formerly of Norwood, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. Beloved wife of William F. Tiner. Devoted mother of Donna Conte and husband John of Mahwah, Elizabeth Krapels and husband Jeffrey of Norwood and William M. Tiner of Emerson. Cherished grandmother of Jeff (Shari), John (Linsey), Justin (Michelle), David (Samantha), Marc (Nicole), Michael, Luka, Christian and Valentina and great-grandmother of Austin and Tucker. Dearest sister of Millie Logan, Joseph L. Ascolese and wife Joan and John Ascolese and wife Laura. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Anna was an active parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church, Norwood for many years and was on the Parish Social Committee. She had also been a member of the Norwood Senior Center.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 9:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Church with interment to follow at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah. Visiting hours are Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale (201-767-3050).
