Rita Rotonde (nee Scoccozza), 90, of Haworth, NJ, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Albert. Loving mother of three sons, Albert of Haworth, Robert and his wife Joan of Waretown, NJ and Paul and his wife Erin of Germantown, TN. Adored grandmother of Nicole, Emma and Nicholas. She was predeceased by six brothers, Alfred, Harry, Frank, Joseph, George and Ralph and one sister, Emma.
Rita was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren were her life and every call ended with a “hug and kiss” for them.
Visiting hours will be Wednesday, February 26, 2020 from 4-8 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale (201-767-3050).
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 10 AM at Sacred Heart RC Church, Haworth with interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rita’s memory may be made to Sacred Heart Church, 102 Park Street, Haworth, NJ 07641.
