Martha Battaglia, 89, of Norwood, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2012. Loving aunt of Frank Battaglia of Montvale and Christopher Battaglia of Portland, OR. Dear sister-in-law of Beverly Gangeri of Montvale. Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary, her brother Frank, and her sister Louise.
Before retiring, Martha was an executive assistant at the Federal Reserve in NYC. She was an active parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church, and a member of the Norwood Senior Center.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception RC Church, Norwood with interment to follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY. Visiting hours are Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Anthony R. Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale.
