Patricia M. O’Brien (nee Falcone), 82, of Tappan, NY, formerly of Garnerville, NY, passed away at home May 28, 2021surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Thomas F. O’Brien. Loving mother of the late Adrienne O’Brien, Jennifer Sullivan and husband Joseph of Tappan, Thomas O’Brien and wife Christine of Goshen, NY. Proud grandmother of Taylor, Olivia, and Katherine. Dearest sister of Frank and Eileen Falcone.
Pat previously worked at WRKL Radio, Chocolate Junction, and Rockland Community College. In her free time she enjoyed baking, The Jersey Shore, and cruise vacations.
Visiting hours are Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 5-8 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale (201-767-3050). A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, June 2nd at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart RC Church, Tappan.
