I am so very sorry to see this. Eric was a beautiful person who was always smiling. He helped my cousin many time and was really fun to be around. He had a wonderful singing voice and our family enjoyed singing Christmas carols at the piano. It saddens all of us that his life ended too soon. My condolences to Christina, the children and his family. With love from Joann, Rob and Noelle

  4. I too was shocked to learn of Eric’s passing. I still am. I met Eric originally in our airport world (MCO at first) as a college but I grew to like him as a trusted friend. I loved that Eric took up biking, as I ride bikes too. We spoke of riding together but like many things that we want to do in life, life itself got in the way of that. I regret that I didn’t make that happen. Eric, I will missed you. You were (and are) a kind soul and I know that I won’t be to only one to shed a tear(s) and say, that I wish I could have spent more time with you and had gotten that bike ride in together. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of his family, friends and other colleges.

RIP my friend. Until we meet again.

    Your friend, Ben Hedrick

  6. Words cannot explain the grief we all are feeling. Eric was such a beautiful and warm person. I remember that smile as it would light a room and illuminate us all. Eric was such a pleasure to work with. A soul that will surely be missed. My condolences to his family.

  7. God bless and protect Eric wherever he is. The brief moments I had with Eric were always pleasant greeted with a smile or a laugh. I know he will be missed especially by his children. I have sadness within me that I will not be able to see him again and laugh. Condolences to his family.

  8. “In loving memory of Eric. I have none of my own words, so will use those of Mary Elizabeth Frye… “Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep. I am in a thousand winds that blow, I am the softly falling snow. I am the gentle showers of rain, I am the fields of ripening grain. I am in the morning hush, I am in the graceful rush Of beautiful birds in circling flight, I am the starshine of the night…”
    Sending love. RIP Eric.”
