John P. Lyons, 76, of Northvale, on Thursday, October 4, 2012. Beloved husband of
Lorraine. Loving father of Kathy DeTemple and her husband Tiny of Newburgh, Jay Lyons and his wife Cathy of Harrington Park, and Michael Lyons and his wife Laura of Harrington Park. Dear brother of Austin and Ed. Adored grandfather of Skye, Lexy, JT, Garrett, Kylie, and Kayce.
John was a US Navy veteran of Vietnam. Before retiring, he
was a union agent for the UFCW.
A funeral service will be held Saturday 11:00 AM at the Anthony R. Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale with interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting hours are Friday 5-8 PM.
