Ronald P. Kriegl, of Old Tappan, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Beloved husband of Carol A. (nee Miranda). Cherished father of Johnna P. DiPalma, Scott O’Rourke and wife Deena, Jaison O’Rourke, Keryn Kriegl-Roberts, Heidi Callahan and Melyssa Kriegl. Proud grandfather of McKayla, Jaiden, Chloe, Michael, Morgan, Alex, Jacob,Kyle and Olyvia. Dearest brother of Kim Filkins and husband Lee and the late Roger Kriegl and Dale Hoover. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Ronald was a US Army Veteran and was a member of the Hillsdale American Legion Post 162. He worked in sales and marketing and retired from Digi Matix in Norwood, NJ. He was an active member of Pascack Bible Church in Hillsdale where he belonged to Men of the Word.
Visiting hours are Sunday, June 11, 2023 from 2-5 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 12, 2023 at 10 AM at Pascack Bible Church, 181 Piermont Ave, Hillsdale, NJ with entombment to follow at Garden of Memories, Washington Twp., NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ron’s memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org.

Cousin Ronnie was an honorable and gracious person. The kind of person everyone likes to know. He was a Godly man and his good nature and kindness to others stood out.
