Aurora Forero (nee Ramos), 96, of Fair Lawn, NJ, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023. Beloved wife of Carlos Eduardo Forero. Devoted mother of Cilia Galasso and her husband Vincent. Proud grandmother of Valeria Mattessich and her husband Nevin, Christine Galasso and Natalie Galasso. Cherished great-grandmother of Julia, Nevin Vincent and Audrey. Dear sister of German Ramos and the late Helena Forero and Abelardo Ramos.
Aurora was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of St. Anne’s Church in Fair Lawn for many years. Before retiring she was a bookkeeper for Reifenhauser in Montvale.
Visiting hours are Friday, August 11, 2023 from 4-7 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 10 AM at St. Pius X RC Church, Old Tappan with interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
