Jennie Mascolo (nee Proto), 102, of Northvale, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Mascolo. Cherished mother of Nick Mascolo and his wife MaryEllen and Lucille Mascolo. Proud grandmother of Phoebe. Dearest sister of the late Joseph Proto, Nancy Palomba, Mary Ercolano, Louise Ranu and Gennaro Proto. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Jennie had a passion for life, saw the beauty in everything and loved her community. She was everyone’s mom and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visiting hours are Sunday, January 7, 2024 from 2-5 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 10 AM at St. Anthony’s RC Church, Northvale with entombment to follow at Garden of Memories, Washington Township, NJ.
