Sylvia Rita Monti (nee Lidestri), 94, of Demarest, NJ, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Sunday, October 21, 2024.
She was predeceased by her husband Edward. She is survived by her son Kenneth (Andrea) and daughters, Laurie (Thomas), and Michele (Richard). Rita was loved by her many grandchildren; Adam, Alex, Jami, Lindsey, Sophia and Lily. She was “GiGi” to Lucas, Blake, Henry, Madison and Madeline.
Rita will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and their families.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 12 PM at St. Therese RC Church, Cresskill, NJ.
