Catherine P. Karp (nee Casey), 81, a longtime resident of Northvale, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2013. Beloved wife of Philip. Loving mother of Alek, Denis and Catherine. Adored grandmother of Sierra, Nicholas and Jane. Dear sister of Denis and his wife Rose, Thomas, Michael, Barbara and her husband Harry and Peggy. Mrs. Karp was a Registered Nurse at Pascack Valley Hospital, Westwood for many years before retiring. She was a member of the Mt. Sinai Alumni Association and a parishioner of St. Anthony’s RC Church, Northvale. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 10:00 AM at St. Anthony’s with interment to follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale.
