It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yu Ying “Linda” Wei, 89, on September 26, 2025 at HMH JFK Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Rui Liang Liu, and cherished mother of Peng Wa Lao and her husband Sam Chao, Joe Liu and his wife Shirley and the late Jian Wei. Yu Ying was also the proud and loving grandmother of Will, Joseph, Tao Tao, Jonathan and Janelle, as well as great- grandmother to Madelyn, Jordan, Aria, Ozzy and Yi Chen.
Linda touched the lives of many with her profound warmth, upbeat spirit, motherly demeanor, and generosity. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed. Although she is gone, she will live in our hearts forever.
Visiting hours are Sunday, September 28, 2025 from 3-5 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ. Funeral Service will be Monday, September 29, 2025 at 10 am with interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
