Angelo Papalambros, 92, of Tappan, NY, passed away at home on Friday, July 3, 2026. Beloved husband of Vasiliki “Katey” (nee Parianos). Loving father of George and his wife Carol, Anastasios “Tas” and Elaine Porter and her husband William. Proud grandfather of Christina, Kaitlynn, Alexander, Danielle and her husband Charles, Nicole, Christian, Ariana and her husband Brendan, Niko and the late Gregory and Victoria. Adored great-grandfather of Olivia and Jace. Also survived by many dear relatives and friends.
Angelo owned Acropolis Furs, with locations in NYC, Ramsey and Northvale, for over 60 years.

Our heartfelt condolences from the family of his brother Charalambros Papalambros, who at the age of 95 lives with his daughter Evouli and son-in-law Peter-Michael Thiemer in Oranienburg near Berlin, Germany. Lambros is very sad to have lost his 3rd brother. We will light a candle in remembrance in Berlin next Sunday in the Greek Orthodox Church.
