Anne L. Gilmartin (nee Rodgers), 89, of Dumont, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 17, 2026. Loving wife of the late Richard, Sr. Beloved mother of Richie and his late wife Denise, Nancy Lorenzini and her husband John, Timothy and his wife Janet, and Anneliese. Caring grandmother of Nicole, Erika, Anthony, Michael, Abdul, Dakota, Alex, and Ryan. She was predeceased by her siblings Mary Carberry, John Rodgers and Thomas Rodgers.
Anne was born and raised in Washington Heights, NY. She worked as a nurse for 30+ years, both at hospitals and in home healthcare. She was an active member of the Rosary and Alter Society at St. Mary’s RC Church in Dumont, NJ, where she lived for 60+ years. Her faith and her family were at the center of her life.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 11 AM at St. Anthony’s RC Church, Northvale, NJ.
