Theresa Rose Mercadante (nee Ursini), 89, of Westwood, NJ, formerly of Brooklyn, passed away at home on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore. Loving mother of Bruce Mercadante of Brooklyn and Joan Pellegrino and her husband Jerry of Old Tappan, NJ. Adored grandmother of Salvatore, Jena and Joseph. Dearest sister of Carmela Rausa and the late Vincent Ursini and Catherine Micciche.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Mercy RC Church, Park Ridge, NJ with interment to follow at Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn. Visiting hours are Friday 5-8 PM at the Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ (201-767-3050).
