Nikolaos Koykas, 91, of Hillsdale, formerly of Northvale and Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Lillian for 54 years. Devoted father of Elizabeth Columbus, Eugene and Lisa Koykas, and Audrey and Dennis Bowerman. Cherished grandfather of seven grandchildren and great-grandfather of three. Dearest brother of George, Elani and the late Elizabeth and Theodore.
Nikolaos worked at the Clinton Inn in Tenafly for many years as a chef and director of operations.
A Trisaghion Service will be held Saturday 11 AM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave, Northvale (201-767-3050). Visitation will be Friday 6-8 PM.
