Steven Lepore, 60, of Norwood, passed away at home on Saturday, February 25, 2012. Beloved husband of Donna (nee Forkin). Cherished father of Lindsay Cianci and her husband Christopher of New York City. Adored grandfather of Finley Rose. Loving brother of his twin, Arthur and his wife Patricia of Piermont, NY and Lori Carbone and her husband Rocco of Nanuet. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends who will dearly miss him.
Steven was co-owner of Confetti Restaurant in Piermont, which originally opened in Norwood in 1980.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 10:00 AM at St. Anthony’s RC Church, Northvale with entombment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park , Paramus. Visiting hours are Monday 7-9 PM and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Anthony R. Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale.

I worked for Steve and Arthur at Confetti in Norwood. Both were great guys and fabulous employers. They made me feel like one of the family. Although the restaurant business is hard work we always managed to enjoy every night I worked. We laughed often and Steve and Arthur developed great relationships with staff and customers alike. I will remember the yearly Christmas parties with Arthur cooking and Steve bartending for the staff forever.
I am so sorry that I have just learned about Steve’s passing. Although we haven’t been in touch since I moved to Central Jersey I have thought and spoke of them often. Rest in peace my friend. My love goes to the entire family along with my prayers
