To Lorraine and Family:
Though I only knew Joe briefly, it was clear from the first conversation I had with him that he was a wonderful, kind, intelligent, and most interesting man. You were both so kind to me when I came to Eagle Ridge, a widow who was stepping out of my comfort zone and feeling a little lost. But, you and Joe made me feel welcome.
I send you my sincerest condolences at Joe’s passing. The sudden loss of such a fine and loving man has to leave an ache that cannot be eased. I am so sorry and send my sympathies. I know that as you talk about Joe and remember him, you will be comforted by his loving memory.
Sincerely, Laura Perrotta Ross
