Arlene F. Forma (nee Bonanno), 78, of Chestnut Ridge, NY, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Old Tappan, NJ, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022. Beloved wife of Vincent R. Forma. Loving mother of Vincent G. Forma and his wife Kathleen of Harrington Park, NJ as well as Robyn Armao and her husband Anthony of Park Ridge, NJ. Very proud Nana to her grandchildren Charlotte, Annaliese, Gabriella and Vincent M.
Arlene worked for many years in banking in both Northvale and Montvale. She was a member of the Women’s Club in Old Tappan and was past-president. She loved watching the New York Yankees, holiday dinners, cooking, entertaining and spending summers with family and friends in Cape Cod and Atlantic City.
Visiting hours are Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 4-7 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ (201-767-3050). A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 18, 2022 at 10 AM with interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
