  1. My beautiful Cathy,
These are no words that I can express on how much I will miss you. You are my deal friend and neighbor and my heart is broken, I love you and things will not be the same without you. You were so kind to me and my family, you gave me great advice and were always there with gentle calming words of wisdom for us. I hope some how you know how much you will be missed and how much you were loved. We spoke almost daily and I am so sad knowing we won’t have that anymore. Until we meet again and rejoice in heaven you will always be in my heart. I love you and miss you so much already
    Rest in peace Cathy
All the love a heart can hold. Julie Forgione

  4. I am writing to extend my heartfelt sympathy to the Bertoli family. I am a member of Westchester Country Club and played golf in the 9 hole group with Cathy for many years. During golf, or lunch afterwards, she learned that I am Jewish. She shared with me her daughter in law’s heritage and with great pride told me about the way she and Cathy’s son were raising their children. After that, at each significant Jewish holiday, I would receive well wishes from Cathy. Her thoughtfulness was remarkable, and always meant a great deal to me. I shall miss her.

  6. I am so sorry to hear about Mrs. Bertoli’s passing. I am sure you kids don’t remember me but I used to babysit you for years when I was in high school and you lived in Sparkill. Your mom was always so generous and kind. I spent a lot of time with you all and saw how much she loved each of you. May she rest in peace.
