Edward W. Keane, 82, of Northvale, NJ, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023. Beloved husband of Kathleen P. (nee O’Malley). Loving father of Daniel Keane and wife Michelle, Eileen Staszak, Kathleen Monahan , Patrick Keane and wife Susan and the late Stephen Keane. Proud and cherished grandfather of eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Walter Keane, James Keane and the late Bertram Keane and Arthur Keane.
Ed retired from Chase Manhattan Bank in NYC. He also worked part-time at Yonkers Raceway for over 50 years. Ed was also a member of the Northvale Rifle and Pistol Club.
Visiting hours are Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 4-7 PM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, December 22, 2023 at 10 AM at St. Anthony’s RC Church, Northvale with interment to follow at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY.
