We are so sorry to hear of Chris’s passing!! He was so friendly, kind and joyful with such a beautiful smile! He will be greatly missed!

  3. I knew from the moment I met him that he was one of the nicest people I’ll ever know. I enjoyed helping him hang lights on Christmas and just talking to him every day.
If I was having a rough day I would just go outside to see if he was out there. If he was I would walk over and just start talking. In seconds he would cheer me up, and my day would immediately be better.
When we moved I was heartbroken because Chris made our street a desirable location. The place to be and the place to stay.
There will never be another neighbor like him.

  11. Gina, Vanessa and Tietjen Family. I am deeply saddened by the passing of Chris. My husband Larry also knew him prior to us even meeting and he was very fond of Chris as Chris was of him. There are certain people in life that carry a LIGHT with them that resonates through other people in a special way, I have met 3 people like that, and Chris was one of them. It always has been like that for me. He was one of the nicest guys I ever met.

I know that you all knew that special gift that Chris had and I hope it gives you peace that even though he’s no longer with you, he is in a better place, watching over you now And I know he’s spreading his light with that giant smile of his ,to help you get through these days

  14. I had the pleasure of knowing Chris since he was 5 years old. I think back to a time when Chris and my Brother Randy played on a Pee Wee Baseball team together and I was asked to help out with the team and we were playing a game and I looked out to the out field and both Chris and Randy were missing I look to the left and see two little white behinds sticking out behind a tree they both had to go Pee not asking just ran off the field. Then there were the times Chris and Tom Scaglione would come up to my house and they would paint my Demo cars and I would take them to Demo Derbys they had a blast. I knew how to make Chris happy I would play Beatle songs for him. Chris you will never be forgotten you always had a smile for everyone R.I.P. my Friend. God Bless Gina and Vanessa and your whole Family our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Love Always Bruce Jahoda

  15. Chris – too many laughs and too many great Beatles memories to list here. You are gone way too soon, and the world is a less fun place without you. Rest easy, my friend ….

    All our lovin’ –

    & Lisa Murray

  16. The Rodriguez (Yaniga) Family

Words won’t accurately describe the type of person that Chris was. He was a light bulb to a dark room. His smile infectious. Hours, days, months or years could have passed and it wouldn’t matter. Conversations always picked up where they left off. Chris was funny, and kind – a true gem. He leaves behind an amazing wife and daughter who continue to carry on the legacy and torch that he leaves behind. Gina and Vanessa, we are so sorry for your loss. Sending you both lots of prayers and love.

    Dear Chris,

I find it so hard to put into words just how much you meant to me. You weren’t just a friend; you were like a brother, the strongest, most remarkable person I’ve ever known. Your strength wasn’t just in your body but in your spirit, your kindness, and your unwavering support. I’ve always admired your courage and your ability to face life with such resilience.

I want you to know that your memory will forever be a guiding light for me. The laughs we shared, the moments we cherished, and the bond we built will always hold a special place in my heart. You’ve left an indelible mark on my life, and I’m so grateful for every second we had together.

I’ll carry your strength with me, and whenever I face my own challenges, I’ll think of you and find the courage to keep going. Thank you for being my rock, my confidant, and my friend. You’ll always be loved, missed, and remembered.
See you in the next life! Whatsssssssss Up my brother!! I love you!
    With all my love,
    Vince

  18. Chris, my 2nd twin, you were taken from us way to soon and you will be greatly missed by all who knew you. You were one of a kind who always looked for, and found the good in people and was never judgemental. Truly a rare spirit!

His love for the Beatles was second to none and that is why this Beatle line from the Abbey Road song The End sums up my cuz (as he called me) perfectly.

“And in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make”

There are so many great and fond memories since we knew each other as infants, and I know there won’t be a day that goes by when I will not be thinking of you with warmth, love and affection.

    Your cuz Al.

  19. We lost a legend. The greatest guy in the world. The world will never be the same again, but heaven just got even greater with Chris being there. Herb, you will be missed and I will continue to talk to you every day, I love you and your beautiful and awesome family. Rest in peace my dearest friend.

    Love,
    Pete, Ramona, Carina and Alyssa
