Gina Adamo-Scaglione, 48, of Palisades, NY passed away the morning of Friday, February 28, 2025 in her home with her husband Gregg Scaglione and brother-in-law Jimmy Scaccia by her side.
Gina graduated from Albertus Magnus High School and had a vast love for animals. She would always go out of her way to care for any pet in need, even going as far as finding them permanent homes. She had a heart of gold, above all she loved her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Beloved wife of Gregg Scaglione and cherished mother of their two sons Joseph and Dominick; and their dogs Rocky, Jameson and Creed. Adored daughter of Richard and Rosemarie Adamo. Loving sister of Maria Guerriero and her late husband John, Joanne King and her husband Brian and Rose Scaccia and her husband Jimmy. Proud aunt of James and Kelly, Richard and Sabrina, Vincent, Gianna, Brandon, Fiona, Layla, Sophia and Rocco. Dearest daughter-in-law of Denise Scaglione and her late husband Ralph and sister-in-law Erin and her husband Joe Maringola and brother-in-law Keith Scaglione. She is also survived by many other loving friends and relatives.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Sacred Heart Church, Tappan, NY with interment to follow at Tappan Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Gina’s memory can be made to an animal rescue or shelter of your choice.
