Anne Bittner (nee Kilgannon) of Orangeburg, and formerly of Pearl River, entered her eternal life on November 23. Anne was born in New York City to Thomas and Linda Kilgannon from County Sligo, Ireland, and was raised in the Bronx. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis, her son, Thomas, her brother, Patrick Kilgannon and his wife Katherine and brother-in-law, James Boyle. She is survived by her loving sister, Kathleen “Kate” Boyle of Sparkill, nephews, James and Robert Boyle, daughter-in-law, Bernadette Carty Bittner, as well as many other beloved cousins, relatives and friends.
Following her graduation from St. Luke’s parish school, Anne attended Walton High School. In 1963 Anne started working for Old London Foods in the Bronx. After 47 years of dedicated work, Anne retired from her position as an accounting manager with Old London in 2010.

Mary M. Brogan (nee McAneny), 91, of Paramus, formerly of Ridgefield Park, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016. Beloved wife for 67 years to the late Bernard. Loving mother of Mary Ann McDonald and husband Gerry, Joan Cooper and husband Steve, Joseph and wife Ginny, John and wife Lenora, Terance and wife Beth, Elizabeth Scanlon and husband Robert, Michael and wife Debbie and Bernard and wife Fran. Adored grandmother of sixteen and great-grandmother of eight, soon to be nine.
Mary devoted her life to her husband and children. She was previously employed at the Ridgefield Park High School and for the Village of Ridgefield Park for many years before retiring.

Garret S. Sytsma, 60, of Northvale, passed away Thursday, November, 17, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Nancy. Devoted father of Garret Thomas of West Point, NY and Kailyn of Northvale. Loving son of Sidney and his wife Vicky of Hawthorne. Cherished brother of Steven and wife Pam of Hawthorne, NJ, Julia Garcia and husband Ric of Hyattesville, MD and Robert of Hawthorne. Predeceased by his mother, Julia and brother, Thomas. Garry was a truck driver for Wilenta Carting in Secaucus. He spent most of his time on a field or court, coaching his son and daughter in football, baseball and basketball. He continued to coach in the Northern Valley Eagles Football program and the St. Anthony’s Friars Basketball program for many years. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Gerald Gene Poh, 69, of Norwood, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016. Loving father of Adam Poh, Dustin Poh, Anthony Gangeri and Kimberly Faustini. Cherished grandfather of Steven, Zakariah and Isabella. Also survived by his former wife Christine Reinecke.
Gerald was a US Air Force Veteran of Vietnam. He was a letter carrier for the Norwood Post Office for over 30 years before retiring and becoming superintendent of Fox Hill Manor in Norwood and later a crossing guard. He was an active and dedicated member of the Church of the Holy Communion, Norwood.
