  3. Candace & Dan Sebold

John & Fran lived above my Moms condo in Marco Island at SmokeHouse Bay. My husband Dan and I met them as we were remodeling the condo for my Mom. It was a three month project with A LOT of noise and subcontractors in and out which must have disrupted their peacefulness on many days. John would always smile and say not to worry, that he used to be in the business and it was fine. One time we accidentally cut off their tv and internet for several days and again he was kind and understanding, much more than I would have been!
They ended up befriending my Mom and having her up to their home for homemade pizza night, etc. Just wonderful good folks that anyone would be lucky to have as neighbors . A true gentleman who will be missed! Our thoughts and prayers to the entire family , especially Fran. Sincerely, Candace & Dan Sebold
